Jwoyi stuck a rubber in her nose!!!!!

Today at around 4:10pm I got a call from Jwoyi’s school. Her teacher inform me that they just realize that she stuck a rubber in her nose. I nearly fainted getting the call. We (Jasswin and I) rush to her school straight away. I ask her teacher not to take her to the clinic. I’m coming right away. As soon as i reach her teacher open the door and her headmistress is there to greet me with Jwoyi. She was not crying and she looks normal and can smile and be happy.

Children are always happy go lucky and don’t know the seriousness of the situation.

Her teacher realise that something is wrong only when she keep on digging her nose!!!!! Then they look inside and saw a small piece of rubber inside her nose.

So I took her to our family doctor and she try to take the tweezers to pull it out but cannot. She advise use to take her to hospital. End up we took her to BM hospital, to the emergency room. We waited for an hour before being call in.

All this while her headmistress is with us. So we went in and the nurse ask what’s the matter and i told her “ ada rubber masuk lubang hidung” --- meaning there’s a rubber in her nose. Then the nurse went to look for the doctor and the doctor ask me to put her on the examination bed. There she started to cry.

She said she don’t want to be there. Then I said who ask you to be naughty and put the rubber inside your nose. She said I don’t want to be naughty next time. I said but you are naughty this time because you already put the rubber inside your nose. So now you have to let the doctor take it out. So the nurse told me that if cannot take out then she have to refer me to EST for surgery. Me “fainted”.!!!!!! I got so scared. My god! Please don’t let this happen to my child. She is so small!!!!!

The doctor took a tool with a tip that look like a round thingy. He put some cream or gel on it. Then I hold Jwoyi’s head tight and her daddy hold both her hands. I don’t dare to look at what the doctor is doing, but very fast I saw the doctor put the tool inside her nose and pull out very fast. Tada the rubber is out. Her daddy ask the doctor to show him the rubber and he took it back home.

WHAT A DAY!!!!! I’m praying hard that this won’t happen ever again.

If not then I don’t think my heart can stand another crazy situation again. *sob sob sob*.
