Jwo new pet tortoise

Last week when your daddy came back from Beijing, you ask daddy to get you tortoise. And your daddy really take you to the pet shop and get you two small tortoise.

You name them  kai xin (开心). One name kai kai and another name xin xin. Kai kai is the one with a yellow dot near it's both eyes and xin xin is without the yellow dot near the eyes.

You are afraid to touch them at first. But after you are comfortable with it then you began touching the shell and then later you try to hold them but still not that willing to hold them yet.

I took them out the other day for you to play with them but you got scared and run on the couch. Then I told you that it won't bite and once you go near them, their head will go in the shell. After hearing that then only you dare to come down but not near the tortoise.

Now I'm the one who look after the tortoise. I feed them. I clean them up.
I'm not going to get you any more new pet until you grow a bit bigger like maybe 20years old.
Muahahahhaha....

Skating lesson 9th June 2011

Okay, I need to update what you learn at the skating lesson. Last week you learn how to pick up small cone while skating. Your instructor throw the cones and then all of you have to pick the cones up. You did so well without falling down and manage to pick the cone up. I'm so proud of you.

You still daydreaming and looking around at other people when you skate. So today I got angry and tell you if you did not use your heart then don't waste my time taking you to skate and learn nothing. I'll take you home straight away if you still did not do properly.

After i told you that, you do it so well and fast. Please don't make me scold you at whatever you are doing! Can or not Jwo?????

You start your frist lesson on inline skating @ 15th May 2011 in Shanghai

I was walking with you one day and we pass in front of a bank and lots of kids were inline skating there and we stop for awhile and you look at them skating. Then when we walk in to the housing area where we stay you said mummy I want to learn how to skate. Then I said you should tell me earlier now we are near our home and I don't want to walk out again.

So after a few days when we walk pass again you said can we wait and then you ask how much. Then we wait and then I ask the lady and then after that I said let me check with your daddy first. The package is RMB898. This include the inline skate, knee pad, elbow pad, gloves and this include half year fees of RMB500. So I think it's a good deal as it include the whole set of equipment with half year fees.

So daddy sign up for you and you start on 15th May 2011. On your first lesson the lady instructor wear all the stuff for you and you learn your first lesson by doing marching. This is the basic. Then on the second day you do the marching by yourself but you still need the lady instructor to hold you. On the third day you can walk by yourself and you join the rest of the children in the line and you fall quite a bit. Then yesterday is your fourth day and you can march the line with all the children without falling down but the instructor is not happy with your march as you did not raise your feet higher. You are dragging your feet doing the march instead of lifting your feet up higher. You tell your instructor that you are afraid that you'll fall.

But overall I'm happy with your progress and I'm proud of you. Bravo my little Jwo Jwo. You are one brave girl to try it out.

What is your 3 wishes when you are 5 years Old

I ask you what do you wish for if you are given 3 wishes by a magic fish. This year you are 5 years old and you wish for a Mickey Mouse, Pooh Bear and Smiley face. I don't even know why you wish for that. You are so funny Jwo.

Then I said to you I'll ask you every year and I'll blog it down for you. Good idea right?

Jwo's alien

I don't know where you learn how to draw the alien but the attached is your alien drawing. I find it cute. With lots of eyes and legs. And do you know what you call the baby alien? You call it Chor Chor. Funny!!!!

Origami

I think Jwo is too bored today. After dinner you were watching TV and nothing interesting. So you suddenly come to me and ask me to take a piece of paper and fold something for you. So I said okay and it sounds like fun to me. I search the web and found an interesting site.

The instruction is simple to follow and I can get it all at the first try. I enjoy myself doing it for you and you seems to enjoy it too.
